This includes: (a) 24 hour digital video surveillance with 20 surveillance cameras (b) a fully fenced compound and motorized gate (c) electronic access system, unique personal access codes (d) all facility access doors and storage room doors monitored and controlled by personalized access code

Ample lighting and an exceptionally high cleanliness standard ensure your satisfaction with our premises.
Climate Controlled Rooms: Using heat in the winter and air conditioning in the summer, rooms are kept within a temperature and humidity range necessary to protect your stored items. Convenient Hours: Our management and reservation office is open Monday to Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. and 12:00 noon - 5:00 p.m. Sunday. During the term of your lease, your personalized access code will permit access to your storage room 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., seven days a week.  Professional Service: With 20 different storage room sizes available, our knowledgeable staff will assist you in determining the correct size of storage room for your needs.

Flexible Rental Rates: You are never charged a damage deposit or administration fee to rent your storage room. After your first month, any prepaid monthly rent not utilized will be refunded when the storage room is vacated. You only pay for the days you stay!!! Convenient Payment Methods: We offer automatic credit card billing (Visa or Mastercard) for your convenience. Alternatively, post-dated cheques may be left at our office. We will return any unused cheques when the room is vacated. We also accept Cash and Interact payments. |
